Lunch Menu The Awarded Vendors will provide all lunch menus and offerings to meet both DPS needs and the requirements of this ITB. Choice of two (2) seasonal fresh fruit: apple, banana, grapes, melon, orange, pear, pineapple, strawberry or watermelon. Salad & Soup Bar. Choice of two (2) bread or rolls with a whole-grain option and an enriched white flour option allowing two (2) servings per person. Choice of two (2) desserts: cake, cookies, gelatin, ice cream, pastry, pie, pudding or tarts. Whole grain or enriched white bread or rolls options.
