The purpose of this project is to provide a complete audio-visual (AV) system integration for four adjoining conference rooms within the Navajo DOT Conference Rooms, with the ability to operate as standalone rooms or as a combined divisible space. Each room shall be equipped with video conferencing capabilities, presentation support, integrated control systems, and a centralized AV network. De-installation • Remove all existing AV equipment and cabling not being reused. • Label and deliver removed equipment to the client for reuse or disposal. Video Sources and Input Interfaces Each room shall be equipped with: • One HDMI and USB input at a lectern for guest BYOD connectivity. • One dedicated video conferencing processing unit per room, installed in the central equipment rack. • One ceiling-mounted USB pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) camera per room, focused on presenter coverage. Video Distribution A centralized video switcher (minimum 8x8) shall be used to manage and route all video sources. Shielded network cabling will be used to transmit signals from the switcher to each projector.
