Specifications include, but are not limited to: The awarding of contracts will be contingent upon sufficient funding availability as determined by the Director of the DIVISION. The Program anticipates that $450,000.00 will be available for contracts under this RFP, based on the Departments current funding levels. Awards may be up to $75,000.00. An awardee of a contract will maximize the reach, involvement, and mobilization of members from within a TUPAC-identified Priority Population (See Definition, Section I, Paragraph E) by developing a statewide network to work toward the elimination of tobacco-related disparities experienced by members of that population. Priority Population Networks funded under this RFP will: Maintain an active statewide tobacco prevention and control network of engaged members by conducting regular Network meetings and implementing other effective forms of communication. Engage in a practice of advisement with the TUPAC program and its contractors.
