1. Planning Services • Reviewing and updating existing emergency plans to align with federal, state, and local requirements. • Developing new plans, including but not limited to: All-Hazards Emergency Operations Plan (AHEOP) Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) Hazard Mitigation Plan (AHMP) Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment / Stakeholder Preparedness Review (THIRA/SPR) Debris Management Plan Commodity Flow Studies • Ensuring compliance with NIMS, HSEEP, FEMA CPG-101, and other regulatory standards. 2. Training & Exercise Support • Exercise Planning & Execution: Developing, conducting, and evaluating HSEEPcompliant exercises. • ICS/NIMS Training: Providing training on the Incident Command System (ICS), National Incident Management System (NIMS), and Emergency Operations Center (EOC) activations. • Public & Private Sector Coordination: Conducting training sessions for county departments, emergency responders, and community organizations. 3. Technical Assistance • Emergency Management Best Practices: Providing subject matter expertise for policy and operational improvements. • Regulatory Compliance: Advising on state and federal emergency management requirements. • Interagency Coordination: Assisting with mutual aid agreements and regional response planning. • Providing administrative support to the County Emergency Operations Center, Multiagency Coordination Centers, Incident Support Operations Centers, and/or an Incident Command Post in the field, during incidents and planned events. • Provide information, Global Information System (GIS) data, research, and data resources in support of response efforts.
