1. Propose and execute a strategic plan for a comprehensive outreach campaign, including placements (digital, print, OOH, search, social, TV, audio) that maximize reach/impact within the budget, detailing media mix, rationale, and expected outcomes. 2. Provide consultation services on how to educate the public on the services available, including how to reach a diverse audience. In addition, address accessibility considerations and demographic information related to the campaign’s goals. 3. Provide an integrated media plan that allocates expenditures across a strategic mix of channels to maximize awareness, engagement, and conversion. 4. Provide a pre-buy analysis for all advertising purchases. 5. Provide post-buy analysis services for all advertising purchases, including analytics, data, impact, and other Offeror-recommended or AOC-requested data points. 6. Develop content that includes customized marketing copy and long-form content based on search engine optimization insights to grow the audience, build brand authority, and position the brand as commonly known throughout New Mexico. 7. Deliver a branding design that uses the New Mexico Courts branding guidelines. The branding design will be used on the New Mexico Court’s website, YouTube Channel, social media, and physical advertising. 8. Develop a visual aesthetic and cohesive brand narrative across every medium. 9. Deliver a tag line for the Helpline. 10. Deliver a timeline for the outreach campaign. 11. Deliver content for television commercials, radio advertisements, and social media advertisements, including PSAs.
