The successful offeror will provide legal services to all clients in a professional andskilled manner in accordance with the relevant Scope of Work (see Attachments A, B, C, D), New Mexico Children’s Code (NMSA 32A- 1-1 et. seq.), New Mexico Supreme Court Performance Standards (available at nmcourts.gov) or any Attorney Performance Standards subsequently adopted by the Family Representation and Advocacy Commission, the Rules of Professional Conduct (Rules 16- 101 to 805 NMRA), applicable case law and rules, and the terms of the contract. The successful Offeror will utilize the Cornerstone Advocacy approach to representation and will work with an Interdisciplinary Team where available and determined to be appropriate for the client by the interdisciplinary legal team.
