Specifications include, but are not limited to: Establish a Price Agreement for License Plate Recognition (LPR) systems, parts, installation, and repairs. The purpose of the specifications is to establish acceptable products to be use and serviced for the New Mexico State Police and other law enforcement agencies. This LPR system will be capable of taking photos of vehicles, then using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) algorithms to capture and analyze license plate data, plus date, time, GPS coordinates, and other information. LPR systems shall also integrate with other technologies to significantly expand their core functionality. For instance, LPR detections will also trigger a real-time alert to improve situational awareness, be searched and analyzed for investigative insight, and leveraged to automate processes such as traffic enforcement or access control. The LPR will consist of systems that will be capable of being deployed in the following ways: 1. Fixed 2. Quick Deploy 3. Video-Based 4. Trailer 5. Mobile 6. In-Car Integrated 7. App-Based
