1. Routine Services - The contractor shall provide the following: a. Twice a day, seven (7) days per week cleaning, beginning the Friday before Memorial Day until Labor Day, of City of Carlsbad park restrooms* listed below. The service is to be provided once in the morning before 10:00 a.m. and once in the afternoon, no later than 5:00 p.m. b. Once a day, seven (7) days per week maintenance of all City of Carlsbad park restrooms* listed below, from the day after Labor Day until the Thursday before Memorial Day. The following restrooms are to be maintained as per the schedule given above in paragraph (1a) and (1b): North End Restrooms at Friendship Park (including recently added showers) Bandshell area restrooms East side of street by Tennis Courts Behind Tennis Courts by Soccer Field West side of river by Lower Tansil Dam East side of river south of Lower Tansil Dam Restroom next to picnic pavilions at Riverview Park San Jose Plaza East Side of River off the alley between 100 block of North James Street and River (Con’t on next page) Playground on the Pecos Beach Bath House Cass Park, located at Kuykendahl and Russel Streets in Sunnyview Addition Martin Luther King Park Troy Young Park Davis Park Cherry Lane Park Carlsbad Veteran’s Park Arcadia Park (900 Block of South Maple Street) c. Maintenance 4 times per week of the Carlsbad Cemetery restrooms. d. Maintenance 4 times per week of the Municipal Shooting Range restrooms. e. Twice per day, seven (7) days per week cleaning of the Carlsbad Water Park restrooms beginning the Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day. f. Park restrooms shall be unlocked no earlier than 5:00 a.m. and no later than 6:00 a.m. each day. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, contractor shall lock restrooms no earlier than 8:00 p.m. and no later than 10:00 p.m. each day. For all other days throughout the year, restrooms shall be locked one hour after sunset. g. Pavilion Gate shall be unlocked no later than 5:00 a.m. and not later than 6:00 a.m. each day. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, contractor shall lock the gate no earlier than 8:00 p.m. and no later than 10:00 p.m. each day. For all other days throughout the year, the gate shall be locked one hour after sunset.
