34,142 SF TI renovation of first and second floor office and conference/training space. First floor public toilets will also be renovated. Removal of existing walls, modification to MEPT, and new gypsum board partition walls and storefront glazing systems to accommodate open office areas and associated work and conference rooms. Addition of carpeting, systems furniture and modifications to MEPT to accommodate new space use. Replacement of all windows and replacement of portions of the existing access floor system are listed as alternates. The Owner/User Groups will remain in the building throughout construction but will temporarily relocate from predetermined areas within the building during construction based upon an Owner approved general contractor phasing plan.
