Under the direction of the ECECD Cabinet Secretary or Designee, the Contractor shall: 1. Coordinate the operations of the Interagency Coordinating Council (ICC): A. Coordinate the logistics for five (5) ICC meetings (inclusive of the ICC annual retreat), including but not limited to location, space, materials, training, and facilitators. . B. Meet with the ICC Executive Committee prior to each ICC meeting to develop an agenda, discuss membership, and other relevant issues. Contractor is responsible for coordinating this meeting with sufficient lead time to ensure that each ICC meeting addresses all necessary issues. C. Produce meeting agendas and participant meeting packets and distribute to ICC members prior to each ICC meeting. D. Publish and distribute notices in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-1 to -4. E. Contact presenters to invite them to ICC meetings and coordinate their appearances. F. Coordinate with Parents Reaching Out and/or hosting FIT provider agency parents to participate in ICC meeting panel discussions. G. Take meeting notes and facilitate the sections of the ICC meeting that are not facilitated by the ICC Co-chairs. H. Develop and write the meeting minutes and distribute them to all ICC members within two (2) weeks of each ICC meeting. I. Collaborate with the Department’s FIT Program in making recommendations to the Governor’s Office regarding recommendations for ICC member appointments. J. Coordinate orientation for new ICC members, as needed and requested by Department.
