Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to identify and contract with a behavioral health/direct service provider/agency in the Las Cruces area with demonstrated expertise in the area of infant and early childhood mental health to collaborate with the UNM Center for Development and Disability in expanding the HATCH Program (Helping All to Come Home) services. The HATCH Program currently serves families with infants in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU) in the Albuquerque area. This RFP seeks to identify a Las Cruces area provider/agency that will expand the project locally to NICUs in the Las Cruces area, in collaboration with and under the oversight of the lead project agency – UNM CDD.
