DOH Scientific Laboratory is requesting an Invitation to Bid for Industrial Gases. The Laboratories different departments which include Toxicology, Chemistry and Biology involves the procurement of industrial gases for use in testing which offers results to New Mexico as a whole. The objective is to secure reliable sources, with a focus on quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. When arriving to SLD’s property vendor will have to speak with security at gate for permission to get in property (gate will open). Inspection: Final inspection and acceptance will be made at the destination at time of delivery. Supplies rejected at the destination for nonconformance with specifications shall be removed at the Vendor's risk and expense, promptly after notice of rejection.
