SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Data Management: a. Develop Capabilities of Department: Alongside City Staff and Project Managers, develop a Data collection and management system and/or workflow through the Homeless response system. b. Website: Develop straightforward and understandable data for the Division’s website that informs the public of the current state of homelessness. c. Data Collaboration: Work with Staff and Project Managers to develop data systems and create standardized data collection protocols. d. Data Integration & Collaboration: Work with Staff and Geospatial Data Management specialist to develop standardized data collection protocols, ensuring integration with ArcGIS for: i. Encampment mapping and monitoring. ii. Outreach services reporting and coverage analysis. iii. Code Blue (Emergency Cold Weather) reporting and coverage analysis. iv.
