Doña Ana County Purchasing Department, on behalf of Camino Real Regional Utility Authority, is seeking proposals for hazardous waste removal and remediation services for CRRUA on an “on call” basis. The Contractor and CRRUA shall confirm acceptance of requested hazardous waste removal and remediation services in writing as a task order, at which time the parties will agree on the timing for submission of status reports, draft reports, final reports and other reports as required. Preferred contractors will have experience and qualifications in one or more of the following areas: 1. Hazardous and non-hazardous materials management; 2. Site remediation and environmental cleanup operations; 3. Transportation and disposal of regulated waste in accordance with RCRA, DOT, NMED and EPA requirements; 4. Underground and aboveground storage tank (UST/AST) closure and removal; 5. OSHA HAZWOPER safety compliance and emergency response planning; 6. Coordination with environmental regulatory agencies, including NMED and EPA Region 6.
