The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a Price Agreement for Hydraulic Hook Hoist for the New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT). This Price Agreement is applicable and available for use by the NMDOT, NM State Agencies and NM Local Public Bodies. Prior to utilizing this Agreement, the NMDOT shall be notified, and the user shall request approval. Awarded vendors are to take note that NMDOT has precedence for the usage of this Agreement. If a statutory limit is set on a Price Agreement and the cumulative limit has been met, the awarded Vendor will be removed. When applicable, all Agencies shall report their expenditures to the General Services Department (GSD), State Purchasing Division (SPD)
