Quantities are estimates; exact quantities shall be determined by the District Engineer or their designee. All applicable sections of the NMDOT Standard Specifications for Highway and Bridge Construction, current edition, current special provisions and supplemental specifications, shall apply and be considered an integral part of these specifications.
