The City of Albuquerque, Department of Health, Housing and Homelessness, Division of Behavioral Health and Wellness requests for proposals from Non-Profit or Governmental Agencies for Social and Behavioral Health Services for Fiscal Year 2027. This request for proposals is funded by the City of Albuquerque and is focused on providing behavioral health and support services for low income, homeless and/or precariously housed individuals. Service area includes: 1. Outreach, Prevention and Intervention Services to Address Domestic Violence and Resulting Trauma; 2. Promising and Evidence-based Prevention/Early Intervention for Children and Adolescents; 3. Services for a Teen Center; 4. Services for Youth Aging out of the Foster Care and/or Juvenile Justice Systems; 5. Public Health Initiative;
