The project includes replacing approximately 12,000 square feet of flooring using a phased approach to minimize disruption to patient care. Contractors must meet healthcare facility standards and submit proposals including experience, cost estimates, and timelines. The selected contractor will coordinate with the hospital’s Facilities Department and adhere to all infection control and safety requirements. A hospitalprovided on-site dumpster will be available for debris disposal, which will remain outside the contractor’s scope of responsibility.
