Specifications include, but are not limited to: Fire Station 92 Programmatic Study. The study will use nationally recognized standards and state and local regulations, including but not limited to the Washington Administrative Code – Vertical Standards (WAC 296-305), RCW 35 & 52 (Substitute House Bill 1756), Commission on Fire Accreditation International criteria, the Washington Survey and Rating Bureau (WSRB), and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, to assess service needs provided by the Department. The study and subsequent recommendations shall include assessments of the following: 1. Service Delivery Model for Station 92. 2. Programs delivered from fire station 92. 3. Space requirements for services provided from Fire Station 92, based on the programmatic analysis.
