The CPMD is seeking bids from responsible, qualified and independent vendors within the State of New Mexico to supply fencing components for a perimeter fence around the Ramah Chapter Cemetery Site. The perimeter fence/wall will surround the 27.80± acre (4,753± linear feet) Ramah Chapter Cemetery Site tract. The 27.80± acres include burial plots for both civilian and veteran community members. Fence Installation Guidelines: The Eastern front entrance fence line will consist of a 725 foot chainlink fence with a 24 foot double swinging gate. The Line Post will be 10 feet apart, depending on the terrain. Corner and Line Post will be placed 2 feet into the ground. The Gate Post will be cemented into the ground at approximately 4 feet. 4,002 linear feet of the parameter fence will be built using 48-inch 12.5-gauge Field Fence with two strands of 12.5-gauge Barbed Wire above the Field Fence. 7-foot steel T-Post spaced an average of 10 feet apart, depending on terrain, with one wire stay spaced evenly in between with an average of 5-foot center. Corner Bracing will be constructed of Steel Pipe welded and cemented in place. H-Brace for line bracing will also be made of steel pipe and cemented in place located at each end. All the Gate Post will be cemented in place.
