The Contractor shall conduct a financial and compliance audit of the Agency for Fiscal Years 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028 in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America, Government Auditing Standards, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, the Audit Act, NMSA 1978, Sections 12-6-1 through 12-6-15, and the Audit Rule (Section 2.2.2.1 NMAC et seq.). This procurement will result in a single award. The City will enter four separate contracts for the FY25, FY26, FY27, and FY28 audits of the City and BDD. SWMA will enter four separate contracts from this award for the same fiscal years. The duration of each contract will be one year from the latest date on which the contract is signed.
