Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of New Mexico desires to engage the services of a professional executive consultant to provide strategic advice and counsel to design and help execute a Transition plan and set up strategies and tools in order to create and execute the future vision of UNM. Such services shall be provided on a day to-day as needed basis. The services to be provided include, but are not limited to the following: Facilitate dialogue with UNM leadership pertaining to the alignment of University planning initiatives with overall strategic management approach to University leadership and governance. Delineate data architecture, sources and software necessary to develop an integrated performance monitoring program. Provide the physical and virtual technology and services necessary to create the Future Picture- UNM 2025.
