Construction of 2140 square foot addition to the existing facility on its northwest corner. This will require the removal of existing retaining walls, landscaping and soils. Renovation of the interior office areas for the reconfiguration and addition of offices. This area is approximately three thousand one hundred and fifty square feet which includes demolition of many walls, ceilings and flooring. Install new windows in the existing north wall. The work includes related HVAC, plumbing, electrical and special systems. Much of this extends or reconfigures the existing systems. Interior renovation of the office area in the Juvenile Services Center at 851 Andrea Drive, Farmington, New Mexico 87401. This minor interior renovation requires the demolition of some existing walls, ceilings and flooring. New partition walls will be added as well as door/frames, windows, ceilings and flooring. The HVAC system and lighting will be redistributed and relocated or new. Site work is limited to the removal of existing ground cover (cobbles/gravel) as necessary for the new construction, contractor access and work area. Sheet A0 and A0.1 show this area available for the Contractor's ingress, egress, construction trailer and secure yard.
