Specifications include, but are not limited to: Information from qualified service providers who provide electronic bidding and sourcing software solutions to automate and streamline procurement services. The County issues multiple solicitations annually (e.g., invitations for bid, requests for proposals, requests for information, requests for qualifications, requests for interest, and requests for quotes) and is seeking software solutions to aid in management of the process. The County is not seeking to replace its current Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) system. Desired services may include, but are not limited to, bid evaluation and scoring, supplier information management, electronic sealed bidding, contract management, digital communication and a vendor portal, analytic reporting tools, workflow capabilities, solicitation progress tracking, templates for solicitation and contract document generation, and solicitation and contract libraries or resources for various types of projects.
