Specifications include, but are not limited to: Dona Ana County announces the expected availability of fiscal year (FY) 2010-2011 funds. TheCounty is charged with 1) improving coordination and collaboration of certain services withinthe County, 2) nurturing public understanding about certain services issues, 3) strengtheningaccountability in meeting county, state and national priorities, 4) promoting informed policy-making, and 5) providing an opportunity for effective community input to further improve thestatus of Doña Ana County residents. In order to attain those objectives, the County annuallyreceives, reviews, and recommends funding proposals for various service related activities thatmaximize services to County residents while minimizing administrative costs and duplication ofservices
