The Engineer shall be responsible for all aspects of the project development necessary to complete the work described herein. The Engineer will have full latitude and complete responsibility for developing this project from PER to construction. Although every effort has been made to describe fully the scope of services, changes may be required during the project to accommodate input from the public, stakeholders, other departments (Utilities) within the County, and other jurisdictional agencies. Changes to the scope of work, that may be required to complete the project, shall be negotiated and authorized by an amendment to the Contract as they are identified. Phase 1 Improvements: 1. Provide engineering design services for the following items which will be bid in a single contract for installation: a. Evaluate the existing water storage location and provide a recommendation for a new location that will be suitable for a total of 60,000 gallons of water storage consisting of two new 20,000 water storage tanks and the refurbishing of the existing 20,000 gallon tank.
