A health and wellness track with associated training equipment, a secured shooting range, a 2-story Class A burn building, a gravel pad for site burn props, a 300x300-foot driver skills pad, adequate outdoor lighting, and secure fencing for safety and perimeter control. The project will consist of the following tasks / phases: • Facility Master Plan & Programming • Schematic Design • Design Development • Construction Documents and Specifications Bidding • Construction Administration Project Close-Out • FF&E (including design, layout, specifications, procurement, and installation oversight) • Signage Design and Layout The selected architectural firm must demonstrate a robust portfolio in the design of specialized outdoor facilities, with expertise in public safety training environments. This includes knowledge of both practical training needs and compliance with relevant safety standards for first responders. The firm must provide a comprehensive and creative design solution that optimally balances functionality, accessibility, and safety, while considering environmental sustainability.
