1. Demolish and hauling of existing building, foundation and concrete basement, roof systems, interior/exterior wall partitions, concrete driveway, concrete stairs and sidewalk, concrete footings, floor slabs, roof, electrical, plumbing and mechanical fixtures. 2. Site demolition of landscape including trees and roots, shrubs and irrigation 3. Removal of brick walkway, masonry wall, brick pavers and flagstone patio, concrete planters, sidewalk and designated curb and gutter. 4. Disposal of all non-asbestos material in an EPA approved C&D landfill 5. Import and compact suitable fill material to infill area within the building, basement and excavation side slopes. 6. Roughly shape ponds and berms to be later finely graded under the 2nd phase 7. Obtain all necessary permits 8. The project will be permitted through New Mexico Construction Industries Division (NMCID) and the City of Albuquerque, as required.
