Specifications include, but are not limited to: Davis Elementary SchoolRenovations and Building Modifications. The Davis Elementary School project consists of general building renovations andbuilding modifications to accommodate an early childhood program in an area of theschool. The renovations include but are not limited to interior painting, interior doorreplacement, flooring replacement, restroom upgrades, electrical upgrades, constructionof a secured entry, and hardware. The early childhood area modifications include but arenot limited to construction of new rated walls, fire damper installations, interior doorreplacements, new exterior door assemblies, plumbing and electrical modifications. Allcode upgrades will be designed as required by the International Building Code and theSC Office of School Facilities. Total areas of improvement are approximately 40,000 square feet with anapproximate construction budget of $600,000 including all fees and fixed costsassociated with the project
