The selected contractor shall provide comprehensive services, including but not limited to: • Equipment Provision: Supply a range of copiers that meet the specified technical requirements. • Installation and Setup: Deliver, install, and configure equipment at designated locations. • Maintenance and Support: Offer regular maintenance, prompt repair services, and technical support to minimize downtime. • Managed Print Services: Implement solutions to monitor and manage print activities, aiming to optimize usage and reduce costs. • Distribution & Logistics: How and where devices will be delivered, installed, and serviced. • Click Tracking: Software to monitor usage, track clicks, and manage supply levels efficiently.
