I. Manage all aspects of assigned University capital improvement project(s) through all phases of work. II. Work will include: a) Representing FDC to the Contractor and Owner/Client. b) Learning and utilizing the FDC UNIFIER Project Management tool for project documentation. c) Performing cost and schedule management while assessing project risk. d) Ensuring goals are met on time and in budget. e) Attending Meetings with Contractors and providing direction, or courses of action, to them related to site observations and quality of work. f) Reviewing for accuracy, and processing as needed, project documentation such as, but not limited to: Architect’s Supplemental Instructions (ASIs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Change Orders (COs), and Pay Applications. g) And all other duties as described in the following Exhibit A document.
