1) Facilitate strategic planning session with the Commission to guide members through the strategic planning process, including the review, discussion, and incorporation of proposed revisions to the existing strategic plan, 2) Capture suggested changes noted via email or during strategic planning meetings, 3) Review and revise the vision and mission statement as needed, 4) Review, revise and/or update short- and long-term goals and objectives, 5) Review, revise and/or update key strategies, 6) Review, revise, and/or update key indicators and a set of outcomes that can serve as the basis for performance measures, 7) Review mid-year and annual reports from recent CYC-funded grantees to help inform the strategic planning process, 8) Collaborate with data consultants and Commissioners to review local, state, and national data to identify priority areas for local funding and state grant applications, and 9) Finalize strategic plan in both hard and electronic copies.
