Specifications include, but are not limited to: Riverview Charter School (302 Burroughs Ave) and Instructional Services and Student Services Offices (2900 Mink Point Blvd) CONSTRUCTION SERVICES. Project will be for code improvements and general renovations to convert existing school spacesinto suitable office spaces. Improvements include but are not limited to interior painting, restroomrenovations, new acoustical, interior light fixture replacements, interior and exterior doorreplacements and signage. The final project scope will be determined prior to completion ofcontractor procurement. Total areas of improvement are approximately 25,000 square feet with aconstruction budget of $100,000 including all fees and fixed costs associated with the project
