Establish a Price Agreement for the Environment Department for the pickup and disposal of Regulated Chemicals in accordance with State, Federal, and Department of Transportation standards, including the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), New Mexico Administrative Code (20.4.1 NMAC – Hazardous Waste Management), and U.S. Department of Transportation regulations such as 49 CFR 173.32 and PHH50-0079-0706. Contractors must be licensed in the State of New Mexico for the transport and disposal of Regulated Medical Waste, Hazardous Waste, and pharmaceutical waste by the State and Federal Government and Department of Transportation or any other applicable regulatory agency. Proof of current licensure must be submitted with the bid.
