Specifications include, but are not limited to: Minimize the technology footprint, cost, and support model. At the same time SENMC seeks to use an SIS/ERP system to do what technology does best – support the data assets that are part of the business of the College – in order to allow SENMC ’s faculty and staff to be fully engaged in service to students. You are encouraged to discuss the possibilities for automation of standard business practices and the possibilities for minimizing manual data collection and operations. SENMC is looking for a system that provides modern service delivery to all constituencies and is sustainable into the future. Usability is paramount, both for administrative users responsible for the effective use and collection of data, as well as web-based users, the user interface, navigation, and performance must be modern and effective. This RFP is being issued as part of the technology transition process. Currently the NMSU-C receives services and support for most of its technology needs because it is a branch campus of NMSU. All services will transition to SENMC as part of this transition.
