Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Albuquerque Police Department (APD) is seeking bids for various audio/visual (A/V) equipment for the Public Safety ECHO project. This is a Grant-funded initiative with the goal to designate rooms with enhanced technology (A/V equipment, tools, carts, and accessories) to be used for public engagement where APD and the public can discuss ways to promote community safety. The equipment provided shall be “plug and play” requiring minimal assistance to those hosting/accessing these items during use. Awarded Bidder shall provide installation of A/V equipment. Minimum Requirements: A. APD intends to place an initial order of the items listed below: Ten (10) 86" LED 4K TVs Ten (10) 4-Outlet Power Strips Ten (10) Audio Visual Carts Ten (10) On-Board Computers Ten (10) Video Conferencing Bars All A/V Equipment shall have manufactures standard warranties and shall be provided by the vendor to APD as per section 2,A,3 of the RFB. The Awarded Bidder shall be responsible for delivering, unboxing, assembling, and installing A/V equipment at designated locations and ensuring that all equipment is properly working. The Awarded Bidder shall remove and dispose of all associated packaging and debris at all installation locations.
