Coordinating and Facilitating the NM PED TAC The contractor will lead and coordinate high-quality Technical Advisory Committees (TACs) and meetings to ensure that New Mexico Public Education Department (NM PED/PED) receives timely and high-quality technical advice. The contractor will: ● Create agendas in partnership with PED, ● Communicate with test vendors and TAC members, ● Facilitate the TAC meetings, and ● Summarize the discussions and recommendations from each meeting. The contractor should plan on the equivalent of two 1.5-day virtual meetings and one 1.5-day in-person meeting each year. The virtual meetings may be split into multiple shorter webinars to ensure that PED gets relevant technical advice when needed. The contractor must include the costs to pay TAC member stipends and travel costs, and meeting room costs for the in-person meeting in its bid.
