1. Outpatient Alcohol and Substance Abuse Treatment: Increase access to services for misdemeanor DWI offenders including but not limited to assessment, treatment, medication, screening, and case management. 2. Domestic Violence Offender Treatment (not to include 52-week Batterer’s Intervention Program): Provide counseling services to decrease damaging side effects to victims and their families. Including but not limited to assessment, treatment, screening, and case management. 3. Timely communication and/or documentation of completion of services (e.g. client certificate), missed appointments, barriers, etc. client is facing. A proactive approach is recommended by conducting treatment team meetings with client and program staff and/or monthly meetings with program staff to discuss client progress and work together to troubleshoot areas of concern. Completion of services must include number of sessions completed for each service type (individual, group session, etc.)
