Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The successful Offeror shall operate retail gift shops, providing its own wide-arrayof inventory.for sale to BioPark visitors at a reasonable price. A sample of Offerors inventory price list including description shall be included in Offeror’s response. 2. The successful Offeror shall ensure that the retail gift shop isopen during the BioPark’s operating hours of: 3. Sunday – Saturday 9am – 5pm, closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day. Seasonal adjustments may be made upon mutual written agreement of the City and the successful Offeror. The successful Offeror shall sell quality products that represent the BioPark’s commitment to conservation and engaging guests in the exploration of natural world . 4. The successful Offeror shall actively engage in sourcing locally made products when feasible. 5. The successful Offeror shall provide quality customer service to the visitors of the BioPark
