Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Farmington (City) is seeking a business partner to help creation of a one-of-a-kind attraction at Lake Farmington. The City has identified key areas around the lake that would be ideal for an aerial attraction with inclusion of a zip-line with towers on either side of the lake that would allow for peripheral entertainment at either end of the line and return trip capability. The City wishes to develop a public-private partnership wherein which the City would provide land, access and utilities at market rate to a private developer to construct and operate a facility near one of Farmington’s premier recreation destinations. The lake already has clifftop campsites with views of the lake, a beach with Wibbit play inflatables, SUP board rentals, and newly opened mountain biking trails. This is a prime location for outdoor adventure and play.
