The Otero County Executive Assistant is responsible for County Commission meeting management, including agenda preparation, agenda packet distribution, follow-up activities and future meeting tracking. Additional responsibilities include providing public access to information, monitoring and tracking of ordinances, resolution, contracts, and other agenda packet documents. The objective of this project is to identify a web-based agenda management solution with the following capabilities: • Streamline the creation, approval, and distribution of agenda packets. • Capture and track meetings decision, ordinances, resolutions, contracts and other types of documents on commission agendas. • Storage and user friendly search capabilities for agenda packet documents. • Web-based solution easily accessible by the public.
