Part 1 Project Scope of Work: Removal of existing playground equipment, asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, segmental block retaining wall, as detailed in the Technical Specification A - 37th Street Play Lot Renovation. Construction of cast in place concrete retaining walls, concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, boulder retaining wall, and fence. Installation of play equipment (including surfacing and playground audit), irrigation, plants, drinking fountain, mulches, site furnishings, and boulders. Removal of existing playground equipment, concrete pavement, etc. as detailed in Technical Specification B – Piñon Park Play Lot Renovation. Construction of cast in place concrete retaining walls, concrete curb, concrete pavement, boulder retaining wall, elevated walkway, and Americans with Disability Act (“ADA”) ramps. Installation of play equipment, including surfacing and playground audit, mulches, site furnishings, and boulders.
