HHH has allocated up to $2,267,538.48 of HOME Investment Partnerships grant funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, towards the new construction, acquisition/rehabilitation, and/or preservation of multi-family rental housing within the Albuquerque city limits. The 2025 HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS project, shall leverage the City’s contribution by maximizing the total units of housing to be developed, and providing housing units are affordable to households at/or below 80% AMI. Additionally, the development must also meet the applicable statutory and/or regulatory requirements of 24 CFR Part 92, related to the available HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) funds, 2 CFR Part 200 related to the Uniform Administrative Requirements, 24 CFR Part 75 regarding HUD Section 3 requirements direct employment, training, and contracting opportunities to low-income individuals and the businesses that employ these persons within their community, and any other applicable requirements for federal awards.
