Intent: The City of Farmington Electric Utility System (FEUS) is soliciting proposals to furnish all Equipment and Materials for a 3-Way Recloser Type Automatic Source Transfer System at the new Farmington Police Department (FPD) office building at5750 Hwy 64, Farmington NM 87401. B. Purpose: Uninterrupted source of power for the FPD to include SJC District Court, Adult & Juvenile Detention Centers. C. Benefit: No power interruption for law enforcement operations including at the district court detention centers. D. Alternatives: 2-Way Switch Type Automatic Transfer System using Lee Acres 4503 as normal source and Animas 305 as alternative source. E. Consequences: Power outage is inevitable with one feeder source only.
