ACES wishes to establish a price agreement contract for HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical services and work related to these services. This price agreement may be utilized by ACES, its members and participating entities. Procurement will be based on a vendor supplying pricing through an established cost schedule. The price agreement will contain the contractor’s commitment to offer services on a location basis and willingness to respond to contract vendor requests when such requests are originated by authorized procuring agencies.
