Description

This solicitation is for the purpose of entering into a contract for the operation of a cost reimbursement school food service program for the ASSOCIATION OF CHARTER SCHOOL EDUCATION SERVICES (ACES) on behalf of its charter school members, referred to as SFAs in this RFP. The mission of Association of Charter School Education Services is to assist charter schools in providing a better education to their students. Each participating member shall have the option to purchases services established through ACES procurement activities. There are approximately 100 charter schools in New Mexico. Over 90% of the charter schools in New Mexico are members of ACES by being a party to the JPA. There is no guarantee of participation; this is an indefinite quantity contract. The initial awards will be limited to attached schools. ACES anticipates multiple awards under this solicitation.
