Summary of Specifications:
ENMU is accepting formal written bids from "licensed" contractor(s) to furnish equipment, materials, supplies, and labor to construct a playable soccer field. The successful contractor will strip, clean, grade and prepare soil before the introduction of new sod, which will be watered by a sprinker irrigation system install by contractor. Contractor will setup the main controller to accommodate an automated soccer field irrigation system.
