RFP-152 - Architectural Services for Natatorium Project

Summary of Specifications:
Eastern New Mexico University, ENMU, is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms for professional design services associated with the construction /renovation of a Natatorium Building on the Portales campus. This approximately 12,123 square foot facility will require renovation to bring it to today’s code requirements along with modernizing and enhancing the facility to meet the needs of the current users. The successful firm will possess or team with consultants who possess expertise in the area of pool facility design and university campus experience. The total project budget will be determined by Eastern New Mexico University and is approximately One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00). The fee to be paid for the architectural services required shall be established by Eastern New Mexico University, based on the complexity and size of the project.
