Engineer's estimate: $1.3 Million Refundable deposit: $250 Demolition of the existing Main St. pedestrian plaza between Bowman Ave. & Griggs Ave. and in its place, complete roadway construction of a two-lane roadway with parking, curb and gutter and sidewalk. Asphalt paving is used for the roadway construction. Additional roadway reconstruction of the Main St./Bowman Ave. intersection includes demolition, asphalt paving, curb and gutter, and sidewalk. The total roadway construction length is approx. 700 feet. Utility construction includes storm drain, sanitary sewer and water line replacement within the project limits. Street lighting within the project limits includes decorative street lights and lighted bollards. Permanent street signs and pavement markings are included. Aesthetic and landscape features include street furniture, shade structures, stationary bollards, colored and patterned concrete sidewalks and crosswalks, street trees and irrigation.
