Summary of Specifications:
The City of Las Cruces is soliciting bids to enter into an indefinite cost, indefinite quantity agreement for the purchase of bulk fuels (Unleaded, Diesel, and Biodiesel). The agreement will be for a base period of one year beginning on the date of award, with the option to renew for an additional three (3) years per approved appropriations and at the discretion of the City.
